1988Received "Honorary Diploma" in the 17th International Organ Competition in Lahti, Finland Junko Linjama, the Composer of the piece for the competition nominated Yuzuru Hiranaka as "The Most Musical and Fantastic Performer in the Competition"

2006A TV programme " TV Church" which Yuzuru Hiranaka was the musical direktor and organist of the programme, the whole programme was directed by Pastor Poul Joachim Stender and produced by The Danish National Television (DR) , was nominated one of 4 best sacred television programs in EU.
2007Yuzuru was appointed as the organist and the music director of the Danish state church, St. John´s, one of the largest churches in Copenhagen.
